The German Dental Aid (HDZ) was originally founded to provide the best possible assistance to leprosy patients in their time of need. Furthermore, the HDZ aims to contribute to alleviating illness and hardship worldwide and to helping people who can no longer help themselves. This support is aimed particularly at street children and the poorest young people in the so-called Third World.
The German Dental Aid has supported our Mabuhay-St. Francis of Assisi Clinic since 2008. With the help of the HDZ, the clinic was able to expand and was provided with first-class facilities.
