Purpose and Objektives
- To force a collaborative partnership between Health/Medical workers, Health Provider Organisations, Volunteers and the Secular Franciscan Order (SFO) of Brgy. Bugko in their various areas of Health Care Ministry;

To strive for patients´wellness through preventive Health care or restoration to health;

To conduct community Development and Cooperative Formation for clean environment and proper sanitary conditions for healthy living;

To develop and institutionalize the program and services so as to achieve long range sustainability; and
- To contribute to a more compassionate and humane society specifically in the Diocese of Northern Samar.
